Sales Administrator / Receptionist

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator/ Receptionist for our client based in Sheffield.

This is a permanent position working full time 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

A salary of up to £26K per year depending on experience, this may also be negotiated higher for the right candidate.

The company is a well-established manufacturer of fine quality engineered industrial products, with prestigious international customers.

The successful candidate will be experienced in Customer Service, preferably within the engineering sector and ideally with at least 3 years experience. A professional, polite, friendly and efficient manner is essential.

Duties will include:

Dealing with customers over the phone, post and on email

Processing customer orders onto the in house system

Liaising with and communicating clearly with the manufacturing departments and management

Working effectively with colleagues within the office team as required to assist

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adherence to procedures
